Ghana is a home to a vast number of NGOs, many of them in partnership merely a group of well-meaning Ghanaians who only occasionally turn up. Most may be big, but we focus on a very small area. We are hoping to change the malaria situation in central region and with foreigners. So how are we different? we focusing in rural communities, around Cape Coast and other slum areas surrounding in the Central Region
Our sister organization, The Ahoto Partnership, was set up and is run by a group of student from Harvard University in Americans with a passion for constant presence in the communities we serve.
Ahoto serves as a bridge between Ghana and the innovation hub of Cambridge, MA, bringing useful new technologies, strategies and ideas from Harvard and MIT to the people who could benefit from them the most.
